    •    Custom or personalized items.
    •    Sale or clearance items.
    •    Gift cards.

Exchange Process

    1.    Contact Us: Email our customer service at [your email address] to initiate the exchange process. Please include your order number, reason for the exchange, and any relevant photos if the item is damaged or defective.
    2.    Exchange Authorization: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an Exchange Authorization (EA) number and instructions on how to return your item for an exchange.
    3.    Ship the Item: Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the EA number inside the package. Ship the item to the address provided in the exchange authorization email.
    4.    Processing the Exchange: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and process the exchange. You will receive an email notification once your exchange is on its way.

Store Credit

If you do not wish to exchange your item for another, you can opt for store credit:

    •    Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
    •    Approved store credits will be issued in the form of a digital gift card that can be used for future purchases on our website.

Late or Missing Store Credits

If you haven’t received your store credit yet:

    •    Check your email for the store credit notification.
    •    Contact our customer service team at [your email address] if you have not received your store credit within 5 business days after we have approved your return.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item for an exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
